Pickup Service to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Warehouse – Fee Details

1. Pickup service is only available in West Malaysia.

2. You can choose one of the two service options:

    a. Drop-off at Ninjavan Service Point
      - First 1kg: TWD 80
      - Each additional 1kg: TWD 12
      * Flexible timing and location; drop off at your convenience
      * Shipping label can be printed at the service point

    b. Door-to-door pickup or pickup from a designated location
      (e.g., hotels, shops, logistic hubs, residential addresses, offices, factories)
      * Provide full address, company name, contact person, and phone number
      * Exact pickup time cannot be guaranteed on the same day
      * You may need to print and attach the shipping label yourself
      * A photo of the person, license plate, and shipping label is required for each parcel
      * If the courier arrives and the parcel is not ready or unavailable, fees still apply
      * Once pickup is scheduled, cancellations are non-refundable
